Richmond Aquarium has a 7-day 50% policy on all livestock sales. This means if you happen to lose a specimen within 7 days of the original purchase date, we will extend a credit of 50% of the original purchase price. We ask that you bring the specimen and a separate water sample and a copy of your receipt. Your water must test proper to receive credit. This policy does not apply to any losses caused by any of your current specimens.

Regrettably, Richmond Aquarium does not currently provide shipping services. All online purchases must be retrieved in-store, unless alternate arrangements have been specifically made.

After placing your order online, you can expect to receive an email from us to coordinate a pickup time that works best for you.

All payments must be made in-store when picking up your order. Please select the 'PAY AT PICK-UP' option during online checkout.
