Shipping policy

After completing your purchase, a Richmond Aquarium Specialist will contact you regarding coordination for pickup or delivery. If you selected the delivery shipping option:  Failure by client to be present at the mutually agreed time and date for delivery will result in the livestock being returned to the store without no refund and will require to be either rescheduled for delivery or picked up by client.
